1. Introduction
Go Terminal Limited ("Go Terminal", doing business as "Clara Health", "we", "our", or "us")
- create a Clara Health account or purchase a subscription;
- install or use the Clara Health mobile application (the “App”) or our websites (collectively, the “Services”);
- connect third‑party services such as Apple Health;
- upload photos or other content to the Services; or
- otherwise interact with us (e.g., customer support, marketing campaigns, surveys).
“Personal Data” means any information that can identify you directly or indirectly, or that is otherwise defined as “personal information” or “personal data” under applicable privacy laws.
This Policy does not cover practices of third parties we do not own or control. Where we act as a processor on behalf of an enterprise customer (e.g., employer wellness program), our processing is governed by the relevant data‑processing agreement.
2. How We Collect Personal Data
We may obtain Personal Data from:
- You – information you provide during account registration, profile completion, journal entries, questionnaires, or communications with support;
- Your device & sensors – data recorded by the App, your camera (for skin images), accelerometer, or other mobile sensors once you grant permissions;
- Apple Health (or other connected services) – when you explicitly authorize sync of sleep, activity, or biometrics;
- Automatically via cookies & similar technologies – see Section 13 (Cookie Policy);
- Analytics & attribution partners – Appsflyer, Amplitude, Segment IO, Statsig;
