Go Terminal Limited ("Go Terminal", doing business as "Clara Health", "we", "our", or "us")

This Policy does not cover practices of third parties we do not own or control. Where we act as a processor on behalf of an enterprise customer (e.g., employer wellness program), our processing is governed by the relevant data‑processing agreement.


2. How We Collect Personal Data

We may obtain Personal Data from:

  1. You – information you provide during account registration, profile completion, journal entries, questionnaires, or communications with support;
  2. Your device & sensors – data recorded by the App, your camera (for skin images), accelerometer, or other mobile sensors once you grant permissions;
  3. Apple Health (or other connected services) – when you explicitly authorize sync of sleep, activity, or biometrics;
  4. Automatically via cookies & similar technologies – see Section 13 (Cookie Policy);
  5. Analytics & attribution partners – Appsflyer, Amplitude, Segment IO, Statsig;
